Christianity- A lifestyle
Being a follower of Christ is not about religion for me, it has always been about a lifestyle choice. For me following Christ is not just about being spiritual, for me it is a personal relationship with God. I have never known a life without Jesus. I can't exactly recall where I have first heard of him. It has to be either at home from family prayers or at Sunday school. As I come from a Christian family, it was obvious that we were introduced to Bible from a young age, but having a personal relationship with God requires you to have someone guide you and study bible rather than just read. I was sent to a Christian Boarding school where we had umpteen number of opportunity to study Bible. That was the building block that helped me overcome various obstacles in my life and helped me in building a personal relationship with Christ.
